Q. How much is the shipping cost?
A: We’re offering FREE shipping for online customer located in Continental US (48 states). Purchase(s) must be completed through our web site www.cupdepot.com.

Q. What is the minimum order for generic cups?
A: There is no minimum order required for generic cups. Customer may order desired quantity 24/7 via our web site. 

Q: What is the minimum order for custom cups?
A: The minimum order for custom plastic cup is 50 cases and the minimum order for custom paper cup is 500 cases. See our Custom Cup page for more info.

Q. How do I qualify for volume (wholesale) discount?
A: Customers will need to contact our sales office at 1-626-965-8882 to get quotation. The order minimum is 30 cases per size (for both cup and lids).

Q. What shipping methods are available?
A: All orders are shipped by FedEx ground service, except for orders over 500 lbs, which will be delivered by trucking service arranged by Cupdepot.com.

Q. How long does it take to receive the order(s)?
A: Normally, it takes 24-48 hours to process your order. And average delivery time takes about 5-7 business days.

Q. What is the difference between PET cup & PP cup?
A: Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a common plastic material known for its characteristic of durability, is capable of preserving a product’s original aroma and taste. In comparison to the traditional PS cups, the PET material cups are more durable and crack-resistant.

Polypropylene (PP) is a good choice for product packaging because it is a highly durable material in both container and closure forms. PP is a good barrier against moisture, oil, and alcohol and it is resistant to many chemicals.

PET (POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE) CUPS

Q.What is PET cup?
A: PET, polyethylene terephthalate, is a common plastic material known for its durability. In comparison to the traditional PS cups, the PET material cups are more durable and crack-resistant, therefore, making it a more popular choice for food containers.

Q. Is your PET cup microwave safe? 
A: We do not recommend heating PET cups with microwaves. 

Q. What is the freeze/heat resistant for PET cup? 
A: PET cup is freeze resistant to -220F and heat resistant to 1400F. Its resilience makes PET cup the best choice for ice coffee, slush/icy, juice, ice cream, beer/cocktail and soft drinks.

Q. Is your PET cup recyclable? 
A: PET plastic material can be fully recycled to produce synthetic fiber or plastic product of secondary processes. It is the most recyclable of all plastic materials used in production of food containers.

Q. Do you carry any type of packaging (sealing) machine that work with PET cups? 
A: Yes. We do carry a sealing machine that is compatible with PET cup. Many to-go food-retailers and outdoor catering services use the sealing machine and film to seal the cups to prevent leaking and spilling. 

Q. How much does the packing (sealing) machine cost? 
A: The machine is priced at $1599/unit, and sealing film at $45/roll. Sealing machine ET-99 (PET) comes with a three-month standard warranty.

Q. What is PP cup?

A: Yes. We provide custom print for all customers. We offer up to 5-color custom cup printing.

Q. What is the minimum order?

A: 8-10 weeks after the customers approved the final artwork (e-proof).
