Backorders
You will be notified that the item is on backorder status if it is out of stock. Once the item is back in stock, we will notify you and wait for your confirmation to proceed with the order. You will not
be charged for the item and shipping costs for the item until it is back in stock and shipped to you. If you decide to cancel the backorder, please email us at csr@cupdepot.com or contact us using our Contact Form and include the following information in your email:

Shipping Policy
Cupdepot.com. ships via FedEx ground. For large orders, we will determine whether a commercial trucking company will be more cost efficient for the shipment. Our order department will contact you to confirm that the order has been processed.
For your convenience, we will provide a tracking number for you to track your order. On most orders, we ship on the next business day if we receive your order by 12:00pm (PST). However, our normal order processing time is one to three business days. Any orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on a holiday will begin processing on the next available business day (Monday through Friday). If your order is subject to any delay (i.e., back order or further credit card verification), we will notify you immediately. Once your order is delivered to the carrier(i.e., FedEx or commercial trucking companies), you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been filled and shipped. Your tracking number will be provided for your reference. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for special requests such as rush order, special delivery arrangement that may apply. In such cases, we will contact the customer prior to the shipment.
Everything is free of shipping and handling charges on this website! The Free Shipping promotion only applies to Continental USA (48 states)and does not apply to special delivery methods (rush order, same day or second day delivery, air deliverty and etc.) Free shipping does not apply to areas outside of Continental USA (48 states) and military bases. We are unable to deliver to postal office boxes, military bases, APO, Alaska, Hawaii, PR (Puerto Rico) and areas outside of continental USA. For more information, please contact our office.
Damaged/Missing Shipments
For all damaged products or missing shipments caused by carrier (FedEx or Trucking) mishandlings, Cupdepot.com will reship the products to you via FedEx Ground ONLY.
Return / Exchange Policy on Unopened Merchandise
Cupdepot.com guarantees that our products are manufactured with top craftsmanship and quality ingredients. If at any time you find that the product is unsatisfactory and would like to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA No.), please contact us at 626.857.1988
(See How to Obtain an RMA No**) Further instructions will be sent to you along with the RMA No.
Our obligation to the original purchaser under this guarantee shall be limited only to exchange or store credit within thirty (30) days from date of purchase of any equipment or perishable items to be defective under normal use and service conditions as determined by us. This guarantee shall not apply to products, which have been subject to alteration, abuse, accident or misuse. Any exchange should be shipped as quickly as possible upon receipt of the defective merchandise. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items.

How to get an Return Merchandise Authorization Number
Email us at csr@cupdepot.com or fill out the Contact Form. Make sure to include the following information:
1. Your name and complete address with zip code
2. Your order number & RMA number
3. A description of the problem you are having ( if applicable).
4. A digital picture of the product, showing the problem (if applicable).
5. Once an RMA No. has been issued, the product must arrive at our office
NOTE: Cupdepot.com. reserves the rights to refuse any returns that are not sent back within 15 days of the issuance of RMA No.
