PAYMENT, PRICING AND PROMOTIONS
CupDepot.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal payments. We do not currently accept American Express, prepaid gift/credit cards or any international cards.
According to California, Washington and South Carolina state laws, orders shipped to the aforementioned states are subject to sales tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. Any and all tax fees will be reflected at check-out. If you are ordering from a state not listed above and a sales tax appears on your order, please verify your shipping destination and make any necessary changes before completing your order.
Please note that all forms of payment submitted are subject to review and verification. In the event that CupDepot.com suspects unauthorized fraud or illegal activity, the order will not be processed.
Sale promotions are announced bimonthly through email blasts from service@lollicup.com. When taking advantage of a promotion, please take special note of both the item descriptions and the quantity before submitting, as some promotions are restricted to certain items and/or quantities. Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions included in the email blasts for restrictions such as promotion dates. PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once an order has been placed, the normal processing time is one to three business days (24-72 hours) unless there are issues with the order. For more information please see Issues with an Order. Most orders received by 12:00pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Orders received during the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or placed before, on, or immediately following a holiday will be processed on the next available business day. Shipping carriers do not offer weekend deliveries and shipping estimates are based on business days.
Once your order has been fulfilled a shipment confirmation including your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during check-out. Shipping and Handling is FREE from CupDepot.com but additional fees may be incurred for any special processing/shipping requests (rush order, special delivery arrangements, pallets, etc). In such cases, our e-commerce team will contact you for approval.
During check-out please consider if the option “No Signature Required” is selected, FedEx will leave the package at the front door. CupDepot.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or weather damaged merchandise (such as wet boxes due to extreme weather conditions, etc) left unattended or during transit. To require a signature at time of delivery, a $6.00 additional fee will be applied after check-out (rates are subject to change without notice). A CupDepot.com team member will contact you to confirm the signature required option.
CupDepot.com ships via FedEx Ground unless our e-commerce team determines a commercial trucking company will be more efficient for your shipment. Our team will contact you for your approval if it is determined that a trucking company is the better option. Please note FREE shipping is strictly limited to the 48 contiguous states and subject to change without notice. At this moment, we are unable to deliver to post office boxes, military bases, APO, and any areas outside the contiguous U.S.A. such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and internationally.
ISSUES WITH AN ORDER
An order placed online can ONLY be cancelled within 12 hours of completion. Please call 626.965.8882 and ask to speak to an e-commerce representative or email csr@cupdepot.com with the following information:
1. Full Customer Name
2. Order Number
3. Item Numbers
4. Order Quantities
Please note, if your order has shipped prior to cancellation, it will be considered a fulfilled order and cannot be cancelled.
If your order is subject to any delays (i.e., backorder, further credit card verification, etc), an email notification will be sent to you immediately. Also, a member of our e-commerce team will contact you if there are any delays to your order. We will hold the order up to five business days. Failure to respond to our attempts to contact you will result in order cancellation. If an item is out of stock, you will not be charged for the item until said item has been shipped to you.
In the event that you are not satisfied with a product purchased, please call 626.965.8882 and ask to speak to our Customer Service Supervisor or email csr@cupdepot.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA No.). When requesting a RMA No. please provide the representative with the following information:
1. Full Name and Complete Address with Zip Code
2. Order Number and Date of Purchase
3. The Item Number and Quantity being Returned
4. Digital Image of the Issue along with the Reason for the Return
If requesting a return on a damaged item, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of shipment arrival. For more information please see Issues with Shipment.
All returns must have a RMA No. Once an RMA No. has been issued, the merchandise must be received in our offices within 15 days. CupDepot.com reserves the right to refuse any returns not following protocol. Any unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned merchandise must be in good condition, properly sealed, and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. CupDepot.com is not responsible for any Shipping & Handling fees incurred when returning items. The return balance will be posted to your credit card or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days once the return has been processed.
ISSUES WITH AN SHIPMENT
Please pay close attention to your Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) from your tracking number included in the order fulfillment email. If a shipment has not been received within 72 hours pass the ETA, please call 626.965.8882 and ask to speak to our Customer Service Supervisor or email csr@cupdepot.com about your missing shipment. An investigation will be conducted to determine its cause and solution.
For any damaged shipments caused by carrier (FedEx or trucking) mishandling, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of shipment arrival. Please call 626.965.8882 and ask to speak to our Customer Service Supervisor or email csr@cupdepot.com and submit the following:
1. Full Name and Complete Address with Zip Code
2. Order Number and Date of Purchase
3. Tracking Number and Carrier
4. Digital Image of the Issue
5. List of Damaged Item and Quantity
CupDepot.com will only use FedEx Ground to reship the products and damage shipment claims are subject to further investigation before any refund or replacement is granted. Investigation may typically take up to ten business days. CupDepot.com will submit the claim to the carrier and once the carrier verifies the damage was caused during transit a credit will be posted to your account within 5-7 business days.
If a replacement must be expedited, you may place a new order of said replacement items. Rush orders or special delivery arrangement charges, may apply. For more information please see Processing, Shipping and Delivery. If the carrier honors the damage claim a refund will be rerouted to your account.
Typically a carrier will make three attempts to deliver a shipment. If the carrier cannot deliver the shipment after several attempts, the shipment will be returned to our offices. Under such circumstances, you will be responsible for additional Shipping and Handling fees for reshipment. Shipping and Handling costs cannot be refunded. LollicupStore.com is also not responsible for any weather related damage caused during transit or delivery.

To continually provide customers with a great and secure shopping experience, CupDepot.com gathers information from your visit for statistical and analytical purposes as well as utilizes the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology and is SET compliant. By visiting or shopping at CupDepot.com you are accepting the following these conditions.
The type of information gathered is determined by what you do when visiting our site. Your IP address along with the date and time and the page in which you entered our online store is received when you visit CupDepot.com. If you contact us via email the collected information will only be used to respond to your message. CupDepot.com does not obtain personal identifying information about you when you visit our site unless you chose to provide such information to us, nor will such information be sold or transferred to unaffiliated third-parties without the approval of the user at time of collection.
Information provided during customer registration is used only to send order information as well as bimonthly email promotions. Customers may opt-out of our email list at any time by simply clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the promotional email or sending an email to service@lollicup.com with a request to be removed from the list.
CupDepot.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any links to other internet sites. Once leaving our online store we cannot be held responsible for any objectionable material.
